David co-founded Meriwether Advisors in 2013. Previously, David co-founded Meriwether Partners in 2002 where he served as the Managing Director of the firm’s brokerage and advisory division for eleven years. With over 35 years of corporate real estate and site selection experience, he has specialized in representing corporate clients in their tenant representation and site selection needs. David has represented his clients in over 625 transactions and strategic advisory assignments involving over 6 million square feet and $3.5 billion in assets in the Pacific Northwest, nationally and internationally.  David has exlusively represented many notable Puget Sound based companies with their headquarters site sleection requirements including Microsoft, Cingular, Alstom, Areva, Flow International, Optiva, American Searfoods, Kymetta, Puget Sound Regional Fire, DocuSign, Group14 Technonologies, amongst others.   David won NAIOP Office Broker of the year two years running in 2022 and 2023.   

Prior to Joining Meriwether Partners, David spent ten years as Senior Vice President at Colliers International, a Seattle based commercial real estate services firm, where he led the Corporate Services team as a single point of contact for many notable companies including Microsoft, Cingular and Attachmate corporations. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Seattle University and is a SIOR and CCIM designee. David is a graduate of Leadership Spokane and Leadership Bellevue..  David serves on the Board of Trustees at Seattle University.  David, his wife Kirsten and their four children live in Seattle, Washington.

Doug co-founded Meriwether Advisors in 2013 and has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate regionally, nationally and internationally.  Before joining Meriwether Advisors, in 2000 Doug co-founded ATREG, Inc., an advisory firm specializing in the semiconductor and advanced technology sectors. During his tenure at ATREG from 2000 to 2013, Doug represented clients in over 35 transactions and strategic advisory / consulting assignments involving millions of square feet and $4.2 billion in assets in the United States, Europe and Asia.. Notable clients include Intel, Micron, 

ON Semiconductor, Philips, Sony, Atmel, IBM and others.  Doug and his team were the top producing brokerage team for Colliers International between 2001 and 2012.  Doug won NAIOP Office Broker of the Year in two consecutive years (2022 and 2023).  

Prior to co-founding ATREG, Doug was a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Services for the Seattle based commercial real estate firm, Colliers International. He is a two-time recipient of the Colliers International President’s Award for outstanding client service. Doug graduated cum laude with a Distinction in Economics from Colorado College and is a CCIM designee. A licensed attorney, Doug earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Doug, his wife Laurie and their three children live in Issaquah, Washington.

Vice President

Matt joined Meriwether Advisors in 2018 to support the team with financial and market analysis. After earning his Washington Real Estate License, Matt expanded his focus to assist managing Meriwether’s corporate and institutional brokerage projects alongside David and Doug. Matt was named Vice President in 2025, and helps lead Meriwether’s brokerage accounts and investment projects.

A Seattle native, Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University before returning to Seattle to begin his career in real estate. He later earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington.  Matt recently obtained his SIOR designatioins and is one of the youngest 

prrofessional in Washington to have received this designation.  Matt won NAIOP Office Broker of the Year in 2022 and 2023.
